Scammers!!! I ordered a kayak, within seconds of ordering they were pounding away on my credit card, l tried to cancel the card right away...too late. I contacted them many times and they assured me my money would be credited back to my card never happened, big surprise, never received the kayak or anything from them don't ever buy anything from them

I’ve bought 3 air mattresses from intex in the last 2 years and all have ended in the same issue, it ends up bulging after a couple uses. I finally was able to make a warranty claim, but getting through was a long and gruelling process. I used the email contact us 4 times and just got back automated replies. I finally called in today and everything seemed to be going smoothly with the claim and getting a new airbed under warranty until I was told I need to ship the entire airbed to them before I can receive my replacement. The airbed I bought is around 30$ at walmart. I live in Canada and would have to ship a big airbed to the USA, and pay more in postage. It’s a ridiculous policy that they have. If this is their policy, they should provide shipping labels and pay for shipping. Outlandish company and not happy.

I bought U-shape supports, they put the wrong size.
Cannot reach any body, even through email.
COVID is not an issue now to treat customers like sh...t

I don't know what the heck is happening over there, but its been over a year with 0 inventory. COVID isnt a valid excuse anymore.

I wish I read these reviews first!!! I ordered an inflatable kayak, paddles, and beverage float for about $90.... I was excited to use my hard earned money to do something fun. But it's only been a headache!! I received 3 pair of Versace socks....each a different size mind you so I'm sure they are fake...and nothing that I ordered. I know if it's too good to be true it's a SCAM!! Of course I emailed their company that raves about " their superior customer satisfaction"...that is sooooooo false!! The email comes back stating they can't handle my situation my email. The number given 1-800-234-6839 in Long Beach,CA NEVER answers a call. I called ever day and put it on speaker....hours later not once was it answered. I'm hoping my bank will handle this situation ( I'm sure they are used it ). I learned to only buy locally or from reputable well known companies. I hate feeling like I've been scammed. I will contact the BBB and at least put in a complaint.

Terrible customer service
Suddenly my air mattress got I big bump, I contacted them, they asked me to send 2 pieces of the air mattress by mail, but I had to pay the mail, I asked to talked to supervisor about that, they told me he is going to call me, he never did. It already has 2 weeks, I didn’t hear nothing from them, nether when they are going to send a new one.

Scam!! Ordered a kayak and raft. Received sunglasses. Can’t find anyway to contact via phone. Numerous Emails sent to them.

(Storage016) = $97.00 was too good to be true but I know the intex name so trusted it. I got a fake pair of "Okley" sunglasses. CAN"T PARK MY LAWNMOWER IN THAT!!!! I am beyond pissed but should have trusted my instinct. Shame on me.

Alas, I have the same experience as many others on this site. I ordered an inflatable boat, delivery was promised in 5-10 working days, a tracking number for what purports to be a Chinese tracking site was sent, but nothing has arrived after 20 days. My bank are on the case. Wish I'd looked here first.

Ordered a kayak and received a cheap fake scarf. Do not order anything from this site they will rip you of. Fcukin scum .

Ordered sunglasses and received a kayak!!!

Absolutely shocking company I ordered 2 kayaks and received a pair off nockoff sunglasses instead. Still waiting for a refund 2months later which I doubt I’ll ever see. All they’ve done is fob you off. Something needs doing about company’s like this
